The singer told the OK! Magazine that no, he will not rejoin the group that was popular during 1970s. The singer added that he supports his brothers and sisters on this endeavor and he extends all the love and support. But the singer added that he has no plans to record and join them on the tour. The Jackson 5 was one of the bigger acts in 1970s and the popularity of the group to the fans were fueled by Michael Jackson’s charisma and of course the good songs that were released ruing that time like ABC and Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground). After the 1970s, only two of the Jacksons have made it to the top and remained in the industry. It was Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson who skyrocketed to fame during the 1980s. Their achievements have eclipsed the achievements of the other members of the group. The group has not performed together since 2001 when they reunited to celebrate for Michael Jackson’s 30th anniversary in the industry.
