Hollywood is one of the most popular places in the world. It is the home of the American film industry which is widely considered to be the best place to make movies. History would tell us that the relationship between movies and Hollywood began in the early 1900s when most movies were being produced in Los Angeles. Soon the appeal of the district caught up to more and more businesses in line with entertainment and they practically moved to make Hollywood their new home.
For years Hollywood has been the capital of the movie making industry. It has housed the most powerful and prominent figures of the movie world including actors, actresses, directors and producers. Over time many landmarks were built to honor and commemorate the success of movie making in Hollywood such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Kodak Theatre, and of course the Hollywood sign.
Clearly Hollywood has made an impact in the world of films and television. From TV commercials, blockbuster films to reality shows, everything can be found in Hollywood. This is also the place to be if one wishes to make a name for himself in showbiz. It has served as a great tool for entertainment for all ages and clearly shall remain one of the most prominent locations not where just movies are made, but also as the place where the history of movie
