If you may recall, the 22 year-old actor has also faced charges relating to misdemeanor criminal trespassing last November on Chicago Walgreens. This time, he encountered another car accident last Sunday at around 3 am in Los Angeles.

At around 3 am last Sunday, the pickup of LaBeouf collided withanother vehicle while trying to make a left turn at an intersection at West Hollywood. County Sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Wolf said that the car rolled over—causing the actor, and the other victims of the accident injuries. They were immediately taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment. It’s a good thing that all of them have only suffered minor injuries in the left and right hand, as well as in the head.

After the incident, Shia LeBeouf has showed outward signs of intoxication according to the county sheriff of Los Angeles. For this reason, LeBeouf is in danger of charging with felony DUI if he was indeed drunk. The result showed that the actor is negative of liquor, and so he was only charged with misdemeanor.
