Indiana Jones Counting On Kids

Hollywood Updates
It was 19 years ago when the last Indiana Jones film was released. That was before this year’s release of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. With the fans of Indiana Jones now having kids of their own, Paramount is looking to attract not only the attention of Indiana Jones’ original fans but also of the younger generation.
The LA Times reported:
“But most school-age kids know as much about Indiana Jones as they do about E.T.: very little. So in addition to its ads, Paramount and its partners have flooded toy stores with Indy diversions, including an extensive Lego line. The perfect scenario for Paramount will be if the ankle biters end up asking their parents to take them to the movie.”
